By accessing or using our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Sites.

Career1 acts solely as an intermediary between employers and job seekers.
We do not guarantee job placement or continued employment and are not responsible for the accuracy of job postings.
The content of job listings and the hiring process are the sole responsibility of the employer.
Career1 is not liable for disputes, employment conditions, or negotiations that arise from the hiring process.
Users are encouraged to research and verify job offers independently before applying.
All content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and design elements on the Sites, are the exclusive property of Career1 or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from Career1.
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
The Sites are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Career1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sites' functionality, availability, or accuracy of information.
Career1 disclaims liability for technical issues, errors, or service interruptions.
Career1 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the Sites or inability to access them.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages from data loss, unauthorized access, employment disputes, and operational downtime.
Career1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
At-Will Employment: Employment with Career1.US is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, in accordance with Texas labor laws.
Right to Seek Future Opportunities: Employees retain the right to contact Career1.US for future job opportunities, career support, and job placement services even after termination or voluntary job cessation.

Confidentiality: Employees are required to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company information during and after employment, unless otherwise legally required.

Compensation & Benefits: Wages, overtime, and benefits will be provided in compliance with Texas state and federal labor laws. Final pay will be issued in accordance with Texas Payday Law.
Workplace Safety: Career1.US is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment. Employees are encouraged to report unsafe conditions without fear of reprisal.
Post-Termination Contact: Former employees may request continued job placement assistance and career services following the conclusion of any employment term.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (for Career1.ca) and the State of Texas, USA (for Career1.us), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Career1 reserves the right to modify these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on the Sites.
