Career1 acts as an intermediary between employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee that you will secure employment or that any job posted on the Sites will be available. The content of job listings and the application process is the responsibility of the employer. Career1 is not liable for any disputes arising from the recruitment process.
All content, trademarks, and logos on the Sites are the property of Career1 or its licensors. You may not use, copy, distribute, or modify any content from the Sites without prior written consent.
The Sites are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Sites, the accuracy of information, or the availability of jobs.
In no event shall Career1 or its affiliates be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use or inability to use the Sites.
Career1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (for Career1.ca) and the State of Texas, USA (for Career1.us), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Career1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Sites.
